President’s Message
A Message from the President of the Junior League of Greater Orlando:
Dear Junior League of Greater Orlando Members, Sustainers, Supporters, and Community Partners,
Welcome to the Junior League of Greater Orlando’s 80th year of service.
Service and leadership have been at the center of both my personal and professional life for many years. Throughout my career and volunteer work, I have seen firsthand how strong women, working together toward a common purpose, can create meaningful and lasting change. That belief is one of the many reasons the Junior League holds such a special place in my heart.
It is an incredible honor to serve as President of the Junior League of Greater Orlando during this milestone year. For 80 years, generations of women have dedicated their time, talents, and resources to improving lives throughout Central Florida. Their leadership and commitment built the foundation we stand on today, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help carry that legacy forward.
My Junior League experience has challenged me to grow as a leader, serve alongside remarkable women, and build friendships that have enriched my life in countless ways. The League has reinforced my belief that when women invest in one another and in their communities, lasting impact follows.
As we celebrate our 80th year, I am excited about the work ahead. Together, we will continue addressing poverty and food insecurity, developing women leaders, and strengthening the partnerships that help our community thrive. Whether you are a new member, a sustainer, or a community partner, thank you for being part of our mission and our story.
Together, we will honor our past, celebrate our present, and build an even stronger future for the next generation of League leaders.
With gratitude,
Erica Ostrander
President, 2026-2028
